What are the delivery charges?
"RMD ENTERPRISES" provides free of delivery charges for all items.
"RMD ENTERPRISES" provides delivery services through Professional, Trackon, and DTDC.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you Minimum 7 day Maximum 14 working days after receive amount in our bank account. Shipping schedules are estimated only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case, you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at 'RMD ENTERPRISES'.
Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available on 'RMD ENTERPRISES' because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and, wherever we can, through our preferred logistics partner. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items (i.e. except Mobiles, Cameras, Laptops) via Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.
If your order contains an electronics item (Mobiles, Cameras, Laptops etc.), we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All electronic items are insured for theft and damages during transit.
